Cancellations
Depending on the Museum, visits cancelled within 2 weeks of the intended visit date may be charged at 50%. Visits cancelled on the day may be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per guide/workshop.
There is rarely any need for us to make these charges but please contact us if you wish to discuss the issue.
